Intro to Guiding Business Transitions
Guiding Business Transitions was conceived to facilitate development and growth through angel investment into companies that would not be eligible for traditional bank funding. The criteria for investment is to look for the following:
- Capable management
- High growth opportunity
- Close to completion in the development cycle of product and or service
- Short term investment to bring operations to cash flow and public share liquidity and or cash flow dividend positive
GBT became very proficient in marrying the entrepreneurial need with successful angel investors and the portfolio grew in numbers and value beyond the original vision.
